This story is very uplifting. I used to weigh 130 and one day my appendix burst and i didnt realise it till about a wek later. And with the acai did u have to drink an insane amount of water? And how much weight did u lose month to month, an do you have to quit eating certain foods(like fried anf breaded foods)? I am wondering if it is going to leave loose skin as well. I know that it is still important to exercise, however, I know when you lose that much weight fast,it can still make it so that you have loose tummy skin. I don't see that in your pictures however.

Hi Kelsey, I have to say everytime I got on myspace I saw the pictures and it really reminds me of myself.I have tried so many diets including seeing a doctor for diet pills. I lost a certain amount and could not ever get to the ideal weight I am looking for. Your story has inspired me as, I just had a child, and started on that downward spiral of "not caring" and eating every thing in sight. I went from 125 to losing all my pregnancy weight to then go back up to 160. I am only 5'2 and that's a lot of weight on a person of this height.
